Made in the meadow

My name is Emma Martin and I am Meadow Made Craft.

From the marshy grasslands of my Southern Michigan childhood to the expansive bald-topped mountains above my adult home in Western North Carolina, my natural landscape has always been one of my most abundant sources of inspiration.

To create my hand-bound blank books I draw from a variety of disciplines--fiber art, natural dyeing, bookbinding, leatherwork, and my background in forestry and natural resource managment--to create one of a kind works of art that are practical, durable, and designed for use.
